FAQ
Common questions about Aspra.
What is Aspra?
Aspra is a habit and goal tracker app for iPhone, used solo or with exactly two accountability partners. It rejects streaks and gamification: no streaks to break, no points, no badges. Drawing on Kaizen, it turns your goal into a real plan with monthly milestones and daily actions, and shows consistency as a rate that a missed day never resets to zero. Aspra is a subscription app on the App Store, free to download with a 3-day trial.
Why do I keep giving up on my goals?
For most people it is not a willpower problem. Goals fall apart when there is no structure and no one to answer to. Aspra gives you both: a clear plan from day one, and the option of one accountability partner who can see your progress. Consistency comes from the system, not from motivation alone.
Does having an accountability partner actually help?
Yes. Research on accountability consistently shows people follow through far more often when someone else is involved. That is why Aspra lets you pair with exactly one partner. It is optional, but it measurably raises consistency.
What app can my partner and I use to track goals together?
Aspra. It is built for exactly two people, with shared goals, shared actions, and a shared journal, plus private space for each person. It is capped at two, so it stays focused and free of social-feed noise.
How is Aspra different from a habit tracker?
Most habit trackers rely on streaks, points, and badges to keep you engaged. Aspra removes all of that. There are no streaks, no XP, and no leaderboards. Progress is measured by real consistency and action, not by a gamified score.
Do I need a partner to use Aspra?
No. Solo mode is the full experience. Pairing with one accountability partner is optional, and available on the Partner plan if you want it.
Can more than two people use Aspra together?
No. Aspra is capped at two people, always. Keeping it to two keeps accountability focused and free of the noise that comes with larger groups or social feeds.
When does Aspra launch?
Aspra is out now. You can download it on the App Store for iPhone, and every plan starts with a 3-day free trial.
Which devices does it work on?
Aspra is an iPhone app. It is iOS only for now, with no Android or web version planned at launch.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your goals and journal stay private to you. Anything you choose to share goes only to your one partner, and no one else.
How much does Aspra cost?
Aspra has two tiers: Lone Wolf for one person and Partner for two. Lone Wolf is just $29.99 a year, or $1.99 a week billed weekly. Partner is $49.99 a year, or $2.99 a week billed weekly. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, and you subscribe inside the app.
What if I change my mind?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. You can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings, and request a refund through Apple.
