Help with Aspra
Aspra is an iPhone app for tracking one real goal, solo or with a single accountability partner. It is currently pending approval on the App Store. If you have a question, here is how to reach us and handle the most common things once the app is live.
Email us anytime. We usually reply within two business days. Include your device and iOS version if you are reporting a bug, and never send your password (we will never ask for it).
Common questions
Managing or cancelling your subscription
Aspra memberships are billed through your Apple account. Manage, change, or cancel a plan in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or in the App Store under your account. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge.
Free trial and pricing
Aspra is free to download. Full access needs a membership and starts with a 3-day free trial. Lone Wolf (solo) is $99.99 a year or $5.00 a week. Partner (two people) is $149.99 a year or $7.50 a week. You choose your plan inside the app, and pricing shown at purchase reflects your region.
Restoring a purchase
Switched or reset your iPhone? Open Aspra, go to the paywall or Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. See our refund policy for details.
Pairing with a partner
On the Partner plan you can invite exactly one person. Share your invite code from the app, and they enter it to join. Only the person who starts the pair pays; the second person joins free. Aspra is capped at two people, on purpose. If an invite is not connecting, email us and we will help.
Your data and privacy
Your goals, actions, and journal are private to you and sync through your own iCloud. Anything you choose to share goes only to your one partner. Nothing is sold, and there are no third-party ads. Read the full privacy policy.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and its data from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This removes your goals, actions, journal, and shared data. If you need help, email [email protected].
Requirements
Aspra runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. It is iOS only for now, with no Android or web version at launch.
