Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 2026-06-12

Trackora LLC (Michigan) — operator of the app branded "Aspra"

Contact: [email protected]

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may and may not do when using Aspra ("the Service"), including the iOS app and the websites at aspra.app and aspra.app. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP and our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, and may not attempt to:

Illegal activity. Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, stalking, distribution of illegal content, or violation of any applicable law in your jurisdiction or in the United States.

Harm to others. Use the Service to threaten, harass, abuse, or intimidate another person, including your accountability partner. The pair feature is designed for mutual support, not coercion or control.

Self-harm. Use the Service to coordinate self-harm. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, contact a crisis line: in the US, dial or text 988. We may, at our discretion, refer concerning content to appropriate authorities if we have a reasonable belief that someone is in immediate danger.

Automated access. Scrape, crawl, or use any automated system, bot, or script to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce. This includes attempts to enumerate user IDs, brute-force pair invite codes, or generate fake activity.

Reverse engineering. Decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service or any underlying intellectual property, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law (e.g. for interoperability under EU Directive 2009/24/EC Article 6).

Circumvention. Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features, rate limits, subscription enforcement, region restrictions, or any other access control. This includes jailbroken-device-only modifications, modified IPA distribution, and StoreKit receipt tampering.

AI abuse. Attempt to extract our system prompts, training data, or proprietary instructions from the AI features. Attempt prompt injection to make the AI generate content outside its intended scope (goal plans, reflective questions, weekly briefs). Use the AI features to generate content that violates this AUP or applicable law.

Multi-account and resale. Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, share accounts with others, or resell access to the Service. Each subscription is for personal use by one Apple ID or one Stripe customer.

Infringement. Upload, store, or transmit content that infringes any intellectual property right, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or right of privacy of any third party.

Spam and unsolicited communication. Use the partner-invite system, journal sharing, or any other Service feature to send unsolicited messages, advertising, or commercial content.

Service disruption. Engage in conduct that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the Service for other users, including denial-of-service attacks, exploitation of bugs that grant unauthorized access, or malicious payload injection.

Compliance violation. Use the Service in a way that causes Aspra to violate any law, regulation, or contractual obligation, including export controls (US OFAC, EAR), sanctions regimes, or App Store / Stripe terms of service.

3. Content Restrictions

Your goals, actions, milestones, journal entries, and reflections are private to you (and to your accountability partner if you choose to share specific items). We do not proactively review your content. We may review specific content if:

  • You report content via the in-app feedback form or by emailing [email protected].
  • A court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process compels disclosure.
  • We have a reasonable belief that the content evidences imminent harm to you or another person.

Content review is conducted by Aspra personnel under confidentiality. We do not share your content with third parties for review except as required by law.

4. Reporting Violations

If you observe a violation of this AUP, including misuse by an accountability partner, report it to [email protected]. Provide:

  • Your account email or hashed user ID.
  • A description of the violation.
  • Any relevant timestamps or context.

We aim to respond to abuse reports within 3 business days. Urgent reports involving imminent harm should also include the word "URGENT" in the subject line.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in, at our sole discretion:

  • A written warning sent to the email associated with your account.
  • Temporary suspension of access to the Service.
  • Permanent termination of your account, with deletion of all associated data per the Privacy Policy.
  • Forfeiture of any unused subscription period or trial. Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated for cause under this AUP.
  • Referral to law enforcement if the conduct may be criminal.

We attempt to enforce this AUP proportionately. We are not required to provide notice before suspension or termination in cases of urgent harm, fraud, or willful violation.

6. Appeals

If your account has been suspended or terminated and you believe the action was incorrect, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of the enforcement action. Include:

  • The email associated with the affected account.
  • The date and nature of the enforcement action.
  • Your reasoning for the appeal.

We will review and respond to appeals within 14 business days. Our decision on appeal is final, except to the extent your jurisdiction guarantees additional review rights.

7. Updates to This AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced via an in-app banner and posted at aspra.app/acceptable-use with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
