About Aspra

Aspra is a goals and discipline app for iPhone. It rejects the streaks-and-points formula that almost every habit tracker is built on. No streaks to protect, no gamification. A missed day is just a day.

No streaks. On purpose.

Most habit trackers run on streaks and points. Aspra does the opposite, deliberately. There is no chain to break and no counter that drops to zero when you miss. Aspra shows consistency as a rate over recent days, so one off day lowers the number a little instead of erasing everything you built. A habit is built by returning, and a streak punishes exactly that.

A real plan, not a blank grid.

Aspra draws on Kaizen, the practice of small steady improvement. It asks you a few questions and builds a real plan from your answers: a goal broken into monthly milestones, with the daily actions underneath. The plan rewrites itself each month as you grow, so it never turns into the stale checklist people abandon by February.

Accountability without an audience.

You can keep a goal completely private, or commit one openly to a single partner who joins on your subscription at no extra cost. Not a leaderboard, not followers, just one person who can see you show up. Aspra is capped at two people, always.

What we do not build.

From the founder

Aspra is built by one person, not a growth team. It started from a simple frustration: every habit app turned a missed day into a small failure, and that is the fastest way to make someone quit. Aspra is the tracker that survives a missed day, and stays quiet while it does. It is opinionated on purpose, and it will stay small on purpose.

What is next

Aspra is out now on the App Store and updated often. A 2.0 update brings the day's discipline to the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island as a Live Activity, so the actions you set fill in as you complete them, with no app to open.

Become who you are meant to become.
