Question

What is habit stacking?

Habit stacking means attaching a new habit to one you already do without thinking, so the existing habit becomes the cue. The simple formula is: after something you already do, you do the new habit. After you pour your morning coffee, you write one line in a journal. After you brush your teeth, you lay out tomorrow's clothes. Anchoring the new action to an established routine removes the hardest part, which is remembering and deciding to start.

It pairs naturally with keeping the new habit small at first. Aspra works the same way, turning a larger goal into a few small daily actions you can attach to the rhythm you already have, then growing them as you go.
